Responsible for processing transit returns, transits, inclearing, mobile suspensions, deleted items, VSoft ATM-MRDC and VSoft Back Office.
Timely completion of department responsibilities is a must.
Assist with any of the other areas which are not the current primary
responsibility at that time, such as item verification or reject repair, or return item lookup.
Offer and implement suggestions for improvement in daily processing.
Assist branches with questions pertaining but not limited to transit returns, transits, inclearings, mobile suspensions and VSoft ATM-MRDC.
Work additional hours when necessary to execute daily responsibilities.
Must have 4-year degree, CTP or CCUE and 5 years SECU work experience
Grade varies based on experience
Knowledge/experience of deposit systems and applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Possess good knowledge of Credit Union policies, operations, and services.
Readily adapt to changes in daily work, based on immediate needs at the time.
Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by manager.
Must have good basic math skills and be familiar with accounting principles.
Must have PC experience and basic knowledge of balancing.
Must be able to multitask.
Must work well under pressure.
Must be willing to learn and be open to new ideas.
Must be cordial in all interactions with members and co-workers.
Must complete the basic module program within 24 months of date of hire as a condition of employment.
